The app distinguishes roles (e.g., customer, administrator). Customers can register with identity verification. B2B account registration requires administrator approval, after which partners gain access to specific conditions and price levels. Users manage preferences in their profile.
Users can browse, filter, and search products. The system displays segmented prices based on account type (B2B/B2C). Customers add products to the cart, choose payment/delivery methods, and submit the order. Order history is available in the profile.
The shopping process includes a loyalty program linked to real purchases. Registered users collect points and use discount coupons according to app rules. The system enables personalized campaigns based on granted consents.
The operator protects sensitive data and business processes. The system is protected against excessive access attempts, and sensitive inputs are restricted against unwanted automated attempts.
