Procedure for complaints regarding fresh and packaged food

1. When to file a complaint

Complaints can be filed for goods delivered contrary to the order, visible defects, damaged packaging, or deviations in quality or weight.

2. Filing period

For fresh food, we recommend filing a complaint immediately, no later than the day of receipt. For packaged products, before the best-before or use-by date.

3. How to submit a complaint

Submit by email to objednavky@cimbalak.sk or by phone. Provide order number, defect description, and photo documentation.

4. Resolution methods

Complaints are resolved by replacement, proportional discount, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.

5. Food hygiene and safety

Buyers must ensure proper storage after receipt. The seller is not liable for quality degradation caused by improper storage on the buyer's side.
