2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Fresh goods are delivered as quickly as possible to maintain quality.
3. Handover conditions
The buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, we recommend making a record with the courier and contacting support immediately.
4. Failed delivery
If delivery fails due to the buyer, the seller may charge costs associated with re-delivery.
5. Chilled chain and safety
Refrigerated products must be stored immediately after receipt. The operator guarantees delivery in the appropriate temperature regime.
